The Analysis & Performance (A&P) Team is responsible for operational data reporting and analysis, data infrastructure construction of Ops efficiency and quality metrics, generating performance plans and scorecards for Global moderation teams and governing it across T&S Operations.
The A&P Analysis team is a dedicated functional team under A&P, responsible for operations data analysis, reporting, and data governance. We are prioritizing business-driven analytics, providing data solutions to enable business strategies, meanwhile managing data infrastructure and ensuring data integrity. Our key objective is to improve the effectiveness of global moderation operations.

- Data Infrastructure Development & Maintenance:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient data infrastructure to support global business operations.
- Develop and manage datasets and data pipelines to ensure data accessibility and reliability, especially for the AMS region.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and troubleshooting to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Analyze global operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build metric management frameworks.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Data Visualization & Reporting:
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Aeolus, DataPower).
- Ensure data visualization solutions are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
- Provide data support for business reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Tool Optimization & Collaboration:
- Drive the iteration and optimization of data tools and platforms to enhance data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of data configurations.
- Proactively engage in projects and provide data support that require extensive cross-functional and collaboration with global operations, especially AMS teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Management Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis/business intelligence, or analytical roles within content moderation or similar domains, such as call centers or ad moderation in technology companies.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL; R or Python will be a bonus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI.
- Solid foundation in statistics and mathematics, including but not limited to correlation, linear/logit regression, hypothesis testing (t-test, ANOVA), cluster analysis, LMDI, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and managing data infrastructure is a plus.
- Presentation, and documentation skills. Overseas study or work experience is an advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred: The role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients, and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as in Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is helpful to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners.

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $98400 - $171555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
