Operation Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)
Responsibilities
TikTok Live Japan operation team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to support our projects. The role mainly involves livestream and short-form video operations. This position offers valuable experience working in a dynamic digital environment focused on the Japanese market. If you're passionate about digital media and eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Create and configure campaign promotion pages for LIVE creators
- Operate TikTok accounts, including content scheduling and engagement
- Operate LINE official accounts, including post planning and messaging

- Proofread Japanese copy for accuracy, clarity, and cultural nuance
- Support basic image editing and short-form video editing
- Conduct simple data processing and reporting
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the university (graduating after 2026)
- Can work 28 hours per week for minimum of 3 months.
- At least Business Level Japanese communication skills
- Strong understanding of Japan internet trends and hot topics
- Basic Japanese copywriting and account operation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operating TikTok or LINE official accounts
- Knowledge of Japanese online communities, influencers, and memes
- Experience in multi-tasking across content creation, publishing, and reporting
- Basic data processing ability (Excel)
- Basic image editing ability (such as Figma, Canva)
- Basic video editing ability (such as CapCut)
