North America GTM Product Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

The North America Go-to-Market team is responsible for bringing priority global products to market and driving their adoption and growth in the region. We are looking for an experienced Go-to-Market Lead who will define and execute strategies for scaling adoption of one or more high-impact advertising solutions, creating tailored approaches for different client segments. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches, ongoing adoption, and measurable business impact. This is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to drive adoption of TikTok ad products that enhance the native experience and meet client objectives.
- Define the Go-to-Market and sales enablement strategy, manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective training, marketing, operational processes, and demand-generation efforts.

- Analyze market trends, diagnose business challenges, identify client needs, and develop both short- and long-term strategies to grow adoption and revenue.
- Lead alignment and execution across key stakeholders to deliver on Go-to-Market priorities.
- Partner with global product teams, vertical activation teams, centers of excellence, business marketing, learning & development, and other stakeholders to ensure market readiness and ongoing product success.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of direct experience in product marketing, strategy & operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing the go-to-market strategy of a product or portfolio of products from early testing through launch and sustained growth.
- 5+ years of experience in performance advertising.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong track record of influencing product teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional partners.
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced or startup-like environments.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to define challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Quick learner with strong judgment, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Outstanding documentation, presentation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with experience applying them in cross-functional and global contexts.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $248889 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
