We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical Manager to join our high-performing Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team in Brazil. Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: design and execute Brazil sales strategies, including market analysis, account segmentation, country and account planning, and sales forecasting. Ensure alignment with broader business objectives through strategic approach to sales planning.
- Sales Operations: be the sales operations subject matter expert in Brazil, including CRM management, sales process optimization, and performance tracking. Create efficient workflows and ensure the sales team is equipped with the tools and information needed to succeed.
- Insights & Analyses: feed Sales leaders with quantitative and qualitative analyses. Use data to inform sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales performance. Conduct through investigations and translate findings into actionable sales insights and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, finance, and HR, to align sales strategies with company-wide goals. Support integrated go-to-market efforts (i.e. Sales Orchestration model, Sales Playbook).
- Stakeholder Engagement: foster strong relationships with ~175 stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment for effective sales execution.
- Seller Empowerment: educate sellers on ByteDance and industry best practices, and evangelize them on our current and developing self-service tools, empowering sellers to sell more and more efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, data analytics, finance, advertisement, strategy and/or operational roles within technology companies, agencies, consulting firms, and industries with high advertising spend (i.e. CPG, retail, financial services); or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on goals with minimal supervision, strong stakeholder management skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of structured thinking, ability to define ambiguous problems, and deliver impactful yet simple solutions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
