The high-performing Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.

You will be joining the Projects, Research, and Operations team within the EUI MSO team as a Project Manager. This role focuses on driving sales operations productivity and efficiency through process improvements, system enhancements, and policy changes. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to execute change management initiatives from end-to-end. We're looking for a critical thinker who can spot bottlenecks, identify ways to remove them effectively through data and qualitative research, execute the planned changes with a clear timeline to delivery.

Responsibility:
- Serve as a strategic partner for our sales and MSO teams, focusing on Enterprise advertiser segments on all topics related to operational rigour, processes, productivity and efficiency
- Conduct in-depth assessments of our sales and internal processes end-to-end to identify gaps and their drivers, and build and implement solutions to support revenue growth
- Create and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to track operational metrics/KPIs
- Monitor and share trends and progress with senior leadership team to ensure operational health of business
- Benchmark across regions and externally with competitors to drive operations best practices globally
- Extensive collaboration with various internal teams, incl. Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, Sales, and Systems teams to continuously evolve and adapt our policies and processes
- Support/lead on additional ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience, ideally around 4+ years, in a fast-paced company - high growth start-up, management consulting, tech platforms, etc. in a project and program management capacity
- Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision making
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- This role work with a lot of cross functional stakeholders, so excellent communication (verbal and written) and stakeholder management skills is essential
- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product
- Self-starter and execution mindset, capable of delivering on changes with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a consultancy environment, within big tech or a scaling start-up a nice to have
- Knowledge, understanding, or experience working in adtech environment would be a great benefit in this role
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
