Responsibilities
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
We're looking for a Global Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager who can execute against global strategic priorities for large accounts and Agencies in North America.
In this role, you will be responsible for commercial deal management, policy, and analysis as an individual contributor.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement client partnerships (joint business partnerships) with TikTok's highest priority accounts. Ensure the successful delivery and activation of these deals across all regions.
- Develop commercial policies to drive business growth and activation against company strategic priorities
- Analyze revenue and market trends to inform client partnership strategy and execution.
- Develop commercial strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders across global sales/commercial functions. Manage key initiatives on a project basis.
- Support the development and planning of monetization strategies through analysis and research, transforming insights into growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles. Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred.
- Experience developing sales strategies for a global or multinational sales organization, including commercial strategy design, deal negotiations, is a must; experience in digital advertising is a plus
- Experience persuading and influencing internal and external c-suite partners
- Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems. Great logical and data sensitivity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance, while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $123022 - $232222 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
