The Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting and insights, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally.
The Monetisation Strategy & Operations (MSO) Manager will be joining the Sales Operations Team within the high performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations team. This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. This role focuses on operations as it relates to revenue enablement for the TikTok business. In addition, the role will work with cross-functional teams to find trends and proactively find solutions to improve processes.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact
- Creating dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales-related metrics, behaviours and recommend best practices and guidelines
- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation
- Partner closely with DACH senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV
- Creating and managing policies related to sales bonus, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management
- Building expert status on TikTok sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage
- Enabling commercial deals with the right partners and establishing deal terms and track utilization. Managing pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clients
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience in top tier consulting or high growth company with experience in digital business models, media, digital advertising
- Bachelor degree is a minimum, masters degree is a plus
- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment
- Comfort with ambiguity and cross-cultural environment as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries
- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions
- Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions
- As this role works with our German speaking markets, full business fluency in English and German skills are required as well as compelling communication (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, revenue strategy/operations is a plus
