Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. SEA and Japan Moderation Team is part of the GNE organization. SEA & Japan Moderation proactively reviews TikTok Shop Seller & Creator onboarding, products, videos and livestreams to ensure compliance with regulations and TikTok Shop policies. We partner with the Governance team to maintain an ecosystem for ecommerce. We are looking for a Knowledge Strategy Program Manager to drive the optimisation of our policies to deliver the best-in-class experience for our sellers and creators.

Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and draft moderation operating guidelines and playbooks in collaboration with the Governance team.
- Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing processes and policies.
- Review and align how knowledge is captured and organized to drive the best business outcomes.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for stakeholders.
- Partner with internal stakeholders in strategies and operations to develop effective training and knowledge management.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify improvement areas to elevate human moderation accuracy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majoring in Business, Project Management or related fields with strong academic performance.
- Process Optimization: Strong ability in workflow design and optimization with rigorous logical thinking.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent coordination skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
- Adaptability: Fast learner who thrives in new technical challenges.
- Work Ethic: Highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, problem-solving skills and able to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
- Understanding of global E-Commerce trends is a strong plus.
