About the team
Our mission is to build a world where people can safely discover, create and connect. The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other international products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction. You will have the opportunity to join the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.
As a Project Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development and training of an AI model and driving operational efficiency and quality. In ensuring the goals of the project are achieved, you need to continuously optimize project processes and improve the efficiency of project implementation through analysis of business conditions and regularly communicate with cross-functional and regional teams.
Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end operations of labeling projects and uphold efficiency and quality by preparing and monitoring key project metrics
- Leverage business platforms and other tools to effectively monitor and analyze project progress to ensure successful delivery
- Drive the analysis of project data to facilitate data-driven decisions
- Prepare regular project updates to communicate essential milestones and tasks to and improve the overall project experience in the business domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and regional teams to drive project progress
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Excellent data analysis and project management skills; strong coordination, collaborative, and time management ability
- Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural/international environment
- Strong learner who can grasp business knowledge and model training processes efficiently
- Outstanding natural communicator (verbal/written) with excellent language and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong interest in social content products and a knack/eye for social trends
- Responsible and proactive in driving process optimisation and improvements
- Previous experience in Social Media / Internet / Technology industry preferred

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $66560 - $102222 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
