Team Introduction
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change.
About the Role
TikTok is looking for full-time Measurement Partner. This role will partner with our leading Southern Europe clients and agencies, to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform with a particular focus on the Greek and Portuguese markets. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, product measurement, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.

Responsibilities:
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients
- Analyse data to develop advanced analytics projects tailor made for clients to prove that TikTok works and define rooms for improving performances
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in digital advertising, major marketing organizations, or measurement providers.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the Greek or Portuguese markets.
- Knowledge of local media landscape in at least one of the focused countries - Greece and Portugal
- Graduate degree in science, mathematics, operations, business or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with experiment, incrementality, Multi-Touch-Attribution and Marketing/Media-Mix-Modeling analyses
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Knowledge of digital analytics tools like GA and Adobe
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems a plus
