The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change.

TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Partner for Gaming. This role will primarily partner with leading mobile gaming advertisers across the EMEA region to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients have best-in-class support.
We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others.

Responsibilities:
- Partner primarily with mobile gaming advertisers to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients
- Manage client feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in our product and partnerships teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
- Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems
- Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality testing, attribution, and media mix modeling
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills are a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill

Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- Experience with mobile gaming companies is preferred
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
- Excellent verbal and written language skills
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL, HIVE, and R is preferred
