Responsibilities
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
TikTok is looking for a full-time Measurement Analyst, this role will partner with our advertisers to help measure the effectiveness of their investment with our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and

What you will do
- Assist Measurement Partners with the setup and monitor ad effectiveness studies for advertisers to help them quantify the value TikTok drives for their business and optimize their campaigns
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide measurement that can lead to a better understanding of their performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and clients.
- Develop a close relationship with TikTok's measurement product organization to better enable advertisers and agencies to adopt measurement solutions
- Develop education sessions and collateral for internal sales teams, advertisers and agencies on marketing and measurement best practices
- Partner closely with data science teams to develop meta-analysis that produces media insights for advertisers and agencies to take action on
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers
- A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Track record of operating independently and proactively identifying opportunities to help meet the goals of the team and broader organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent
