Mass Event Project Intern (TikTok Shop Malaysia) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.

The Mass Event team drives some of the biggest and most impactful campaigns on TikTok Shop. We design, coordinate, and execute large-scale events that bring together sellers, creators, and shoppers to maximize growth and engagement. From planning campaign mechanics and incentive strategies to optimizing in-app placements and promotions, our team ensures every event delivers measurable business results.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of mass events, requiring direct communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support marketing and promotional activities related to the events.
- Collaborate with team members to compile valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Provide additional operational support as needed, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the Mass Event Team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by actively seeking opportunities to learn and contribute to mass event initiatives. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and propose or implement effective solutions.
- Be a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, dynamic team environment. Show a strong willingness to support team goals by assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva and Figma is an added advantage.
