About the Team
The Global Business Solutions, SMB Marketing Team's purpose is to make TikTok the most relevant growth platform for small and medium-sized businesses, providing education, guidance, and showcasing success. The SMB Marketing Team works in close collaboration with the SMB Sales and SMB Product teams, becoming the champions of SMB audiences, continually optimizing performance-driven messaging strategies and customer journeys.
The ideal candidate is a multi-faceted marketing strategist, a visionary storyteller who can weave compelling narratives around our advertising and product solutions. You'll be the architect of translating complex concepts into clear, motivating language that resonates deeply with our agency advertising partners. We're looking for someone with a proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel customer experiences, specifically within the agency advertising ecosystem, and a knack for identifying untapped opportunities to foster deeper, more strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
Agency Revenue Growth Strategies
Ignite Product Demand to Fuel Agency Growth: Spearhead strategies focused on generating strong demand for TikTok's advertising products among agencies and their clients. This includes showcasing compelling proof points that highlight product capabilities, and enabling agency partners with the tools and insights they need to seamlessly integrate and maximize platform utilization.
- Establish TikTok as the premiere advertising platform through clear value propositions, competitive advantages, resonant messaging, compelling campaigns and creative assets in partnership with Marketing Science, Data Science, Sales, and Product to be utilized by the sales teams to inform agency motions and engagements
- Support go-to-market plans and messaging for key product launches, grounded in competitive intel and agency partner feedback
- Proactively identify and recommend new channels and innovative approaches to raise awareness of TikTok's industry-leading business solutions, and benefits to agency advertisers.
- Align with Product, Sales and Growth teams to define agency opportunity size, prioritize support for key agency accounts, and build seamless agency experiences
- Empower agencies through comprehensive enablement programs, providing training (product solutions, sales best practices, campaign strategy) through playbooks, guides, webinars, events, digital campaigns etc
- Advocate for agency-specific needs based on data and research, influencing internal teams to prioritize agency-friendly, solution-based narratives
- Possess a unique comprehension of agency behaviours and investments (e.g. SaaS MarTech landscapes, owned attribution tools/products etc) and apply business/industry intelligence to competitively position TikTok's advertising solutions and platform to drive platform preference, product adoption and share of wallet
Strategic Content & Co-Marketing Initiatives
- Oversee high-quality marketing content creation across various formats, managing both internal and external resources
- Develop agency-specific toolkits, case studies, and success stories that agencies can leverage with their advertiser clients.
- Partner with agencies to create joint marketing initiatives, thought leadership content, and industry insights that position both parties as market leaders
- Identify and package successful regional agency campaigns for global scaling and leverage across other markets and partners
Campaign Execution, Management and Measurement
- Develop and maintain launch calendars that deliver on KPIs
- Track and analyze marketing performance across all agency campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing for impact and scale
- Share best practices, collaborate with regional counterparts, and contribute to broader team initiatives for full-funnel success across agency sector
- Own and manage a centralized library of enablement resources, including playbooks, toolkits, video explainers, onboarding guides, and FAQs

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of agency ecosystem, digital and traditional.
- Proven track record of success in driving advertising revenue growth, specifically within the agency sector.
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Must be able to foster executive relationships with genuine interest in customers' success.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. Bias toward delivery of outputs in MVP vs waterfall.
- Possess a proactive mindset, excellent storytelling abilities, and comfort working in ambiguous situations.
- Be highly data-driven, speaking the language of business results, while also possessing a strong creative marketing sensibility and campaign expertise.
- Strong XFN collaborator, representing and surfacing broader business drivers helping to guide the company to long-term success.
- Experience with advertising platforms and technologies and an interest/familiarity with adtech and automated solutions.
- Able to travel to LA, Austin, or NY 1x or more per month to build, foster cross-functional and immediate team relationships.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $200556 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
