The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels to attract new advertisers to TikTok Ads Manager, while improving the awareness and consideration of TikTok Commerce and Non-commerce Ad solutions. You'll create engaging content and compelling ad creatives that address the specific needs of small, medium, and mid-sized businesses. Your goal is to educate these businesses about TikTok's advertising solutions and convince them to start spending on platform advertising.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution:
- Develop innovative campaign concepts that resonate with SMB audiences and drive significant growth.
- Build and own complex timelines and projects, managing them to be on time and quality
- Work with Vertical Strategists, Marketing Solutions, Growth, Sales and Product to combine insights, business needs and product solutions to develop compelling and data-driven ideas that will propel priority vertical new acquisition
- Leverage 3rd party validators and stories to drive trust with potential small, medium, and mid-sized advertisers
- Build and oversee the development of compelling creative assets, including video ads, banners, audio, OOH and more, in collaboration with SMB Growth and an external agency.
Campaign Research, Insights and Reporting:
- Conduct concept testing and research with core audiences to validate campaign concepts and ensure they resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements, such as ad copy, visuals, and targeting, to maximize performance.
- Work with Data Science and other internal teams to determine best-in-class measurement approaches to validate campaign revenue incrementality.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to uncover valuable insights from campaign data and use these insights to inform future strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- SMB Growth Team: Partner with the SMB Growth team to align campaign goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, comms, growth teams to develop amplification plans across various owned and earned media channels.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
- Present campaign proposals and performance reports for leadership, effectively communicating key insights and recommendations.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Explore new and emerging marketing channels and tactics to drive advertiser growth, with the ability to build business cases to sell in the "why" behind these channels.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in building acquisition creative campaigns and consideration.
- A deep understanding of the Small, Medium & Mid-market Growth industries and products.
- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives.
- Storyteller with experience communicating the benefits of digital marketing to potential clients at scale.
- Expert in digital advertising, understanding of ad technology and what works on various online and offline media channels.
- Must be able to foster executive relationships with genuine interest in customers' success.
Preferred Qualifications
