Responsibilities

The North America Business Marketing (NABM) team is looking for a Marketing Manager to support B2B marketing for the US market, partnering closely with the US Business Marketing Leads to plan, execute, and report/optimize efforts like content messaging, events, campaigns, and scaled resources.

This role will directly report to the Agency Business Marketing Lead and support the US business dedicated to our media agency business. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the media agency ecosystem and advertising planning process within the US market. They are a versatile marketer with experience developing and managing marketing or education programs across key agency touchpoints throughout the year.

This role will partner closely with sales, product, research and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute marketing programs and agency roadshows in the US market to drive revenue and adoption of TikTok's advertising solutions.

Support Lead on key marketing activation workstreams, and own select projects that include but are not limited to:
- Marketing strategy development to drive agency business impact through annual and midyear planning/budgeting, brief creation anchored in clear KPIs and activation plan development
- Stakeholder management and relationship building to create productive working relationships with the US agency sales teams, product and core XFNs
- Collaborate within Global Business Marketing and other XFN partners to gain alignment on messaging, product opportunities, events and design needs, external content campaigns, measurement and insights
- Execution of select marketing activations via day-to-day management or support of tentpole marketing activations, including industry events, sponsored content, email marketing, and social media campaigns
- Ensure we are delivering on marketing and business needs, and tracking/communicating learnings back to the larger organization
- Oversee strategy, creation and delivery of case studies in support of business impact stories and to deliver leadership needed in-market, liasing with GBM-IMC and other XFNs to activate
- In collaboration with the Business Marketing Lead, maintain systems of cross-team project tracking, measurement needs, and general housekeeping

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of media agency experience, with skillsets in media planning, product marketing, project management, strategy, or related role (e.g. Sales side experience).
- Analytical mindset and deep understanding of agency planning cycles across upfront and newfront buying seasons to create media plans that deliver on client goals.
- Proven ability to build marketing strategies, content plans and event activations that drive platform value propositions, product adoption, and excitement.
- Experience managing multiple projects, collaborating across teams, and driving consensus among stakeholders and cross-functional teams across a matrixed org structure to achieve goals.
- Highly collaborative, team player, strong influencer and relationship builder.
- Self starter who can solve problems and build new solutions for impact.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual storytelling skills - with experience translating complex products into clear, client-friendly language and familiarity with building impactful keynote/presentation materials.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing for digital video platforms and social/digital advertising planning.
- Familiarity with brand marketing challenges within the video or media landscape.
- Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, or content marketing.
- Experience in project management, event strategy, marketing measurement/analytics.
- Passion for creativity, culture, and the evolving role of video in marketing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with ambiguity and change.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112000 - $180000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
