About the Team:
Creators are the heart and soul of TikTok. The Creator team's mission is to facilitate our Creator community's growth and development, drive high quality content production and increase creator engagement and product adoption through scaled content and education programs. This team will also create scalable initiatives to build, celebrate, and recognize our diverse and inclusive communities around the world.

About the Role:
This role will be part of the Creator Growth & Development team, a pillar within the Creator team, that is responsible for developing and championing the strategic and educational creator-facing infrastructure and resources to support business priorities globally. We are looking for an influential cross-team leader, experienced in developing strategies that support creator growth proactively synthesizes the impact of industry developments on current strategies. A highly collaborative person with experience delivering complex data-supported proposals and frameworks with advanced coordination and problem-solving skills, incorporating a "test and learn" approach to drive continuous improvement. This person must be able to effectively engage stakeholders, promote accountability through judicious task delegation, and use metrics to adapt strategies and optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement verticalized content strategies that align with business objectives and target creator needs across multiple regions. utilize data to build and direct actionable plans within a strategic framework, effectively engaging and mobilizing XFN teams with clear goals and tasks.
- Framework development: Identify and develop strategic verticalized frameworks that provide guidance on how across central and regional creators we should leverage our creator management, marketing and programs levers to generate measurable impact in-app
- Industry Analysis: Proactively synthesizes the impact of priority vertical industry developments on current strategies, identifying potential solutions or opportunities to enhance business outcomes and drive continuous improvement across our offerings.
- Content Audits: Regularly assess the existing priority vertical content ecosystem on TikTok and identify areas for improvement and optimization to reach business objectives, sharing regularly with XFN and regional teams
- Optimize educational runbooks: Collaborate with the creator development team to supply insights on content formats and trends analysis that lead to the development of educational resources that support creator managers globally
- Verticalized proposals: Develop data-supported proposals to inform strategic verticalised recommendations that can support product iteration tailored to the needs of verticalised creators, being an expert in what incentivizes engagement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience working with creators and content ecosystems, ideally with experience at other top content, entertainment and social media/influencer platforms or companies or relevant industries
- Highly collaborative individual with a positive track record of leading initiatives across XFN teams, organizational structures, and regions to drive impact
- Ability to develop scalable frameworks and approaches, informed by qualitative and quantitative insights
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills

- The ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical and communications skills.
- Ability to drive business priorities from start to finish, including understanding key issues, recommending solutions, and building consensus with stakeholders

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $185000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
