About the Team
TikTok is seeking a detail oriented and strategic marketer to join the Global Marketing Solutions team. This team serves as a strategic marketing unit for creating scaled marketing content, sales collateral and promotional plans at the Global level as well as North America. Their goal is to establish and reinforce TikTok as THE partner for understanding & solving nuanced marketing challenges through championing TikTok B2B solutions both internally and externally.
The ideal Manager, Marketing Solutions candidate has a background in and understanding of ad products across channels and the ad tech industry, as well as experience leading complex marketing initiatives. They should be able to bring product narratives to life as relevant client solutions, backed by data, context, and case studies through comprehensive marketing plans and impactful marketing collateral. They are a gifted marketer, with the ability to creatively articulate and simplify deeply complex and technical products and crystalize how it solves brands' business objectives. They have an appetite for learning, and are comfortable working outside their primary skill set and comfort zone, to help drive product led ad solutions for TikTok.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with regional marketing, research, and product teams to understand challenges and opportunities in great detail, digest and simplify the information, and use it to make strategic recommendations around business and marketing collateral, which are then adapted and localized across regions.
- Partner closely with the global business marketing team functions and external production partners to partner on the execution of comprehensive marketing plans that are regionalized and adopted seamlessly - throughout internal social, PR, and web properties, and externally through industry engagements
- Work with cross-functional partners to translate research studies, trend reports and solution sets into relevant external key messages to be amplified across industry events, partner meetings and other high profile engagements
- Help define TikTok's role within current and new emerging business verticals, building a strong story in market grounded in our pipeline of Ad innovations
- Knowing our ecosystem of ad formats and solutions inside-out, in order to strategically elevate our messaging frameworks into clear, concise and easy to understand B2B language.
- Design external and internal campaigns for specific audiences with clear strategies, KPIs, and leverage insights from the campaign data to help optimize for future activations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in an integrated marketing, media or digital strategy role; ideally from an ad tech platform, digital or media agency, or from an advertiser's marketing team.
Familiarity with advertising verticals is a plus, being able to have thorough strategic conversations about both the high level vision for industry, as well as its ad formats and effective marketing strategies.
Strong acumen for writing (technical and/or copywriting) and visual storytelling, with an understanding and interest for how to bring strategic concepts to life through content and communication tactics.
Detail oriented with experience managing multiple projects and deadlines while working across a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience with integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, experiential) and the ability to demonstrate its impact on the brand.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills as well as proven ability to develop well-written documents and eloquently present them.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to stay agile and pivot based on business need and innovation opportunities.
Well organized, detail-oriented, ambitious personality who is open to helping with any task.
Experience working in tech startup environments, Media Planning and/or product teams is a plus!
Experience working for digital marketplaces and retail media networks is a big plus!
Keen passion for marketing, technology and culture, and an understanding of the social media and entertainment space.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
