Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly discrepancy weight checks with logistics providers to ensure accurate and timely chargeable weight release.
- Investigate and resolve logistics fraud cases by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Support daily logistics operations, including internal escalations and stakeholder inquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled University student
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative
- Strong communication and alignment-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduating in 2026 or later, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
