Live Special Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

We are ID TTS Live Special Project team, focusing on driving long-term growth of TikTok Shop's Live e-commerce. We work closely with Sellers and Creators to improve the content quality and host quality. We also partner with product and technology side to improve product capability in empowering Live e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities
- Support execution of Certified Host incubation project, including Seller and Host outreach management, match-making process operations, and host incentive scheme operations.
- Support execution of Live basic quality improvement project, including outsourced manpower management, data dashboard management, and Seller incentive operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in a reputable university
- Detailed oriented, able to deliver error-free works in a fast-paced environment
- Good with Excel-based analytics
- Fluent in English communication

Preferred Qualifications
- Highly motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of responsibility
- Eager to learn and grow within the Live E-commerce industry
