Job Description:
- Manage daily operation of Livestream safety north star metrics, host weekly meetings to align with cross functional teams on root cause analysis and improvement action plans, and lead strategy revamping based on metric performance.
- In charge of cross functional key project management, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure outstanding output and maintain a collaborative environment.
- Write quarterly/ad-hoc escalation reports and articulate safety issues related to Livestream for TikTok leadership meetings.
- The Livestream safety business partner to Livestream revenue teams, lead all kinds of cross functional communications, deliver solutions to complicated problems, and ensure business growth with trust and safety.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of work experience in strategy, international communication, and program management.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from 0 to 1.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work experience in multinational companies, internet and LIVE industry is preferred.
- Advanced degree in business management.
