About the team
As the window of TikTok's business services, our TikTok UED Monetization Product team aims to enable and inspire clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential. We want to ease and inspire clients to achieve their goals, explore more possibilities and create values with TikTok.

The Business Integrity (BI) provides audit and risk control solutions horizontally for various vertical businesses. The Business Integrity team aims to offer a secure, positive, and harmonious user experience for TikTok's monetization products, laying a solid foundation for enhanced commercial monetization.

Being part of teammember here, you will be able to utilize qualitative/quantitative studies to collect user feedback, create a deep understanding and empathy for our customers, and work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing teams to meet the business needs.

In this role you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented product designers to support the tools, products, and experience of the Monetization Business Integrity ecosystem.
- Provide guidance and foster a collaborative environment to drive creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of design and business goals.
- Implement and refine design processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality product development.
- Advocate for a user-centered design approach throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Lead the creation of design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes for new features and products.
- Work closely with the design team to iterate on designs based on user testing and feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
- Apply knowledge to drive innovation in design processes and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience 7 years in product design, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and the evolution of your design thinking.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a design team.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both design and non-design stakeholders.
- Prior experience with extensive cross-time-zone team collaboration is preferred.
- Familiarity with Business Integrity in any similar business environment is a plus.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $137244 - $318960 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
