About the team
We are looking for a customer service, detail-oriented Lead Client Solutions Manager to join our Client Solutions Team for Traditional Finance clients. The Lead Client Solutions Manager is a crucial member of our growing Global Business Solutions team that supports our sales team in meeting its objectives and providing best in class customer service to clients, both internally and externally. The Lead Client Solutions Manager role is responsible for partnering with the sales team to drive revenue by negotiating and optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers. The Lead Solutions Manager team will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers, leveraging our unique ad product suite.

You will:
- Define client strategies and engagement cadences through learning agendas, measurement solutions, and product adoption, proactively ensuring the achievement of annual goals.
- Lead regular, strategic business reviews to build long-term client relationships in complex industries.
- Understand client journeys and objectives, addressing them with TikTok solutions and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Drive education on product and company updates, sharing relevant best practices with clients or agencies.
- Identify and develop relationships with key Points of Contact (POCs) at clients and agencies, ensuring synergy and knowledge exchange within hierarchical environments.
- Align and conduct conversations with cross-functional teams including PSO, MarSci, MI, SolEng, TPS, and Partnerships.
- Lead technical and strategic conversations to achieve performance results, grow investments, and expand branding through business and media connectivity.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights, using these insights to improve our advertising offerings and take a consultative, long-term approach to building productive client relationships in collaboration with the sales team.
- Champion product adoption and translate market feedback into product enhancements, while also organizing granular, actionable, and insightful PSO feedback.
- Ensure the identification and maximization of upsell opportunities.
- Provide leadership and expert support on performance and branding products to the CS team, managing team managers by providing guidance in designing Learning Agendas and assisting with issue troubleshooting and tracking.
- Collaborate with the team on post-sale research and pitches to ensure the best optimization scenario.
- Share marketplace insights to guide business strategy.
- Share marketplace feedback to strategically guide our business and advertising approach.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in account management or client services within digital marketing.
- Experience managing key accounts across diverse industries.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing teams.
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel, SQL is a plus;
