Team Intro
Our TikTok recommendation team is responsible for developing state-of-the-art machine learning models and strategies to improve user consumption experience, inspire creativity, build a fair and flourishing ecosystem.
1. Own backend/systems work for TikTok short video platform. Building world class distributed system in C++, Python, Java. Building great system for Produce Engineers and users
2. Own the design and implementation of online services, offline data processing systems. Own user engagement metrics, developer efficiency, stability.
3. Implement great compute, storage, monitoring, debug system for product teams.
4. Improve the efficiency of hardware, people, company through technology and management techniques.
Qualifications
1. Ownership and proactive thinking
2. Good data structure and programming capability (in any modern programming language).
3. Bonus if having ACM-ICPC experience.
4. Have good taste technically, open to learn, interested in working as a world class engineer.
