About the Team
The Integrity team within the Trust & Safety Risk Management and Integrity (RMI) function aims to forge and drive exemplary conduct within Global Trust & Safety (T&S) teams. We are responsible for identifying, investigating, managing and optimising the integrity and conduct of T&S personnel, including content moderators, quality analysts, and also non-operational staff across the entirety of the Trust & Safety ecosystem.
We are looking for an experienced Integrity Analyst who embodies business-centricity and operational excellence, to join a forward-looking team in constantly ideating, iterating and executing capabilities to address the ever-growing breadth and complexity of integrity risks facing one of the world's most popular and influential online platforms.

You will leverage and iterate a combination of enterprise tools and techniques, data analytics and forensic analysis to identify instances of system access/privilege abuse, fraud and corruption, and other operational risks and behaviours that compromise the integrity and proper functioning of Trust & Safety systems and processes, and play a key role in ensuring that TikTok becomes the world's most trusted platform.
As an Integrity Analyst, you will partner closely with stakeholders across global functions, handling day-to-day management, risk assessments, root cause analyses and mitigation of integrity-related processes and incidents, and iterating scalable capabilities to proactively detect, prevent and correct such issues and incidents going forward.
Responsibilites:
- Build strong relationships with global/regional stakeholders, ensuring regular communication of progress updates and changes, and fostering alignment across regions.
- Actively analyze global/regional data, utilizing available tools to identify potential behavior issues, and present findings to relevant T&S stakeholders .
- Independently investigate potential misbehavior cases using data tools, summarize findings, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the kick-off for global/regional projects, contribute to strategic planning for project launches, ensure project timelines are met, and conduct regular follow-ups to identify areas for improvement and strive for achievement.
- Perform end-end case tracking and support incident management activities e.g. forensics with enterprise-level functions
- Advocate for positive behavior across departments, fostering a disciplined and productive workplace environment for T&S.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of work experience in a quality assurance / audit / governance / compliance / investigation role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Trust & Safety environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as information security, statistics, data analytics, mathematics, management science, intelligence analysis, fraud management, law enforcement, and related disciplines.
- Proven experience in risk control, anti-cheating, anti-fraud, and behavioural analysis.
- Strong experience in working with cross functional stakeholders and the ability to work with senior stakeholders globally.
- Strong teamwork and project management skills.
- High proficiency in Excel/spreadsheet tools.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or relevant certifications in anti-fraud, anti-cheating, data analytics, etc.
- Possesses Risk Analytics skillset i.e. able to independently run/query databases i.e. SQL, develop dashboards and visualisations combining data science techniques to uncover patterns and insights, make predictions, and create actionable plans to solve risk-integrity issues.
- Experience in insider threat management, data loss / exfiltration, monitoring and detection.
