About the Team
The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team is responsible for the external marketing campaigns for TikTok for Business, translating business and messaging objectives and briefs into compelling go-to-market strategies and content that connects with our enterprise audiences and drives them to act - from shifting perception to increasing product adoption and investment.
The IMC Manager supports the IMC team in ensuring we deliver on all marketing campaign deliverables for the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic rigor, deft project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
This role has a focus on operational rigor ensuring our internal systems, deadlines, progress, budgets, QA assets, and coordinating across teams is timely, organized, and high-quality. This role is a great for someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative work, has a sharp eye for details, and loves to collaborate.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of campaigns that will drive business impact for the U.S. region.
- Establish and manage systems for intake, tracking, and delivery of campaigns and creative assets.
- Track the team's current projects, including timelines, budgets, deadlines, and review cycles.
- Own day-to-day project coordination across content writers, designers, video producers, and cross-functional partners.
- QA assets before delivery to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with creative direction.
- Track and manage budgets, including financial management for creative production work.
- Help organize reviews, approvals, and check-ins across Legal, Comms/PR, and cross functional teams to keep projects progressing.
- Continuously improve workflows by identifying gaps and proposing new tools or processes.
- Partner closely with the Content Director and Head of IMC, NA to support team operations.
- Partner with subject matter experts across paid media, CRM, website, and content development to deliver and oversee workback schedules that allow us to deliver on time and within budget.
- Support our team status meetings, offsite, and bonding activity needs from idea to execution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years experience in marketing or communications.
Deft project management skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solver, with ability to see the big picture.
Highly strategic mindset.
Proven ability to develop and implement successful campaigns.
A demonstrated understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in media, creative agency, technology, or B2B a plus.
A team player and collaborator with empathy and resilience.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Obsessed with TikTok.
A forever student who is curious and eager to learn and pivot when presented new information.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $151112 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
