About the Team
This role sits within our Global Business Marketing (GBM) North America business unit on our Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team. The IMC Manager oversees end-to-end external marketing campaign for the U.S. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic rigor, deft project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, shift perception, increase production adoption, and educates TikTok for Business' key messaging, ad products, and programs. This role requires a deep understanding and curiosity of the changing landscape of media and how to inspire advertisers to act.

- Lead the development and execution of campaigns that will drive business impact for the U.S. region.
- Foster deep, trust-based relationships with XFN partners, acting as a catalyst for better briefs and outcomes in addition to excellent stakeholder management.
- Partner with subject matter experts across paid, CRM, website, and content development to deliver strategic go-to-market plans that drive deeper key account penetration, education and engagement across channels.
- Identify KPIs to reach brief goals and advise on strategic optimization recommendations.
- Lead all internal meetings and post meeting follow-ups for assigned campaigns.
- Execute operational rigor in campaign tracking, measurement, processes and workflows that result in working smarter.
- Craft thought leadership presentations, talking points and briefings for yourself, executives, and XFN partners related to assigned campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications; prior experience in media, creative agency, technology, or B2B a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solver, with ability to see the big picture.
- Highly strategic mindset.
- Deft project management skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful campaigns.
- A demonstrated understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112000 - $180000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
