Integrated Marketing Communications Manager - GBS - APAC
Responsibilities
Team Introduction
Our team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for an excellent marketer to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all our stakeholders, internal and external, and across the region.
Responsibilities
1. Devise B2B marketing communication strategy to inspire and influence Singapore and regional clients and partners, especially brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
2. End-to-end drive and execute integrated marketing campaigns including events, scaled education, partner upskilling, email marketing, press releases, and more.
3. Independently own and lead strategic projects that need cross-functional collaboration, including sales, product, finance, operation departments and more.

4. Manage regular reporting on Singapore Business Marketing initiatives and results, especially bi-annual planning, quarterly planning (OKR) and reporting (QBR).
5. Budget management: allocate budget resources effectively to support business growth, oversee budget governance to ensure compliance, track and report budget utilization.
6. Drill into the performance of marketing channels, especially events, to track and draw actionable insights and best practices.
7. Partner closely with APAC hub to drive synergy, shareback best practices and adopt regional learnings to drive business alignment and uplift performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 3 to 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
2. Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous growth environment.
3. A team player and collaborator, strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
4. Strong communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role and experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
5. Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Good understanding and appreciation of international business, landscapes, and culture.
2. Proven experience in media, advertising or technology industries preferred.
3. Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and executing go-to-market plans, especially events, are preferred
