The Home and Electronics Strategy team's goal is to build strategies to support Home and Electronics merchants' growth. This includes policy building, data analysis, merchant management and special projects. Our team is constantly reinventing how we do things to meet the demands of our internal stakeholders and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to support merchant growth strategies for home & living and 3C categories

- Track and analyze initiatives not limited to seller missions, live sessions and advertisement revenue to support growth of merchants and attainment of platform objectives
- Support in data analysis to provide detailed weekly updates for team meetings
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to unveil insights to support operations growth
- Conduct monitoring of projects and recapping of projects
- Streamlining complex processes through simplified SOPs
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Available to start in June
- Some understanding, interest or exposure to TikTokShop
- Ability to set priorities, multi-task and work independently
- Strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solver
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- a 'can-do' attitude
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against stretching performance goals & proving brand value
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous internship in a technology company, preferably in operations role
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experience
-Experience or proven interest in working with ecommerce
