Responsibilities
Industry Operations Team at TikTok helps formulate industry strategy and identify growth opportunities. In order to deliver industry-specific solutions and methodologies across the APAC region. Nurture accounts through high touch client service and education on TikTok solutions, supporting brands in achieving their marketing and business objectives. Cross functional collaboration is a mainstay for the team in providing holistic solutions that cover product knowledge, vertical expertise and market level insights. Our team is looking for individuals possessing strong business acumen and the ability to provide consultative sales in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate with XFN teams to ensure a smooth and successful Gaming campaign execution, whilst managing post-sale client relationships to help them consistently grow;

2.Analyse campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our Gaming Ads product & program offerings;
3.Share the Gaming industry & market feedback and guide our advertising strategy;
4.Closely support and partner up with the sales team on presale research, media planning and pitching;
5.Serve as internal & external Gaming Ads product consultant to help educate on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow Gaming book of business;
6.Proactively lead product update discussions, work with XFN to upskill internal teams' expertise on Gaming Ads.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in account management/client services roles in Gaming or App industry
- Experience in managing performance clients or agencies with a deep understanding of their challenges
- Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization
- Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
-Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English as clients and stakeholders will be based both locally and globally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in excel
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Japanese speaking, minimum N2 level; Fluent English.
