Team Intro
Join our TikTok HR team as an HR Operations Partner working with our U.S. Data Security teams. You will join a fast-growing company and help shape our TikTok people experience. You will help facilitate key employee life-cycle and operational activities in partnership with our business leaders, USDS HR, and Global Center of Excellence teams. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the HRBPs, Business Leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations, this role will provide expert coordination and support to AUZN-based USDS employees.
- Facilitate key employee life-cycle and operational activities in collaboration with and as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and HR Operations.
- Build and develop relationships with key cross-functional partners and client groups to efficiently and effectively handle inquiries and support daily operations.
- Perform HR end-to-end operations tasks from onboarding to offboarding.
- Support people management and key HR processes for UK-based USDS employees, providing local UK regulation expertise.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support local hiring needs including reviews and screenings, relationship management with Third-Party Agencies, and day-to-day coordination with candidates.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Ops, or HR Consulting, with exposure to Business Partner functions and full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Prior experience supporting and working in a technology environment is preferred, particularly in support of engineers, data scientists, and/or data security functions.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and challenge the status quo.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy to directly interact with business leaders and employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong judgment and ability to quickly make thoughtful decisions leveraging large data sets and insights to provide adequate guidance to employees locally.
- Fundamental knowledge of local regulations and labor laws.
