About the Team
Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the revenue growth of the business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Agencies, Partnerships, and Marketing Science.

The SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. To help companies achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric strategic mindset. You will be doing so by designing and executing scaled sales & service delivery strategies and ensuring that our customers have the right tools and products at their fingertips.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
-Assist in organizing department activities, including but not limited to management seminars, all-hands business meetings, and team-building events.
-Handle daily administrative tasks for the department, including workspace management-optimizing desk allocation to meet business needs.
-Support the implementation of talent-related programs, such as talent review, training program, workshops, etc. and participate in data analysis to provide insights for future optimization and decision-making
-Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by the business team.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Able to commit to working 12 weeks

Preferred Qualifications
-Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, or Industrial Relations is preferred. A related degree in Business Management or similar topics will be accepted, provided the applicant has completed HR prerequisites, with additional HR electives viewed as a plus.
-Enthusiasm for HR-related work and a desire to grow oneself in HR practice as a long-term career plan.
-Logical thinking and excellent communication skills.
-Self-reflection ability, strong personal drive and insistence on high standards, plus innovative thinking and sound judgment.
-Other desirable traits include optimism in the face of challenges, down-to-earth and pragmatic, and a high-degree of pressure resistance.
