The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for driving revenue growth across TikTok by enabling the success of our Sales, Marketing, Operations, Agencies, Partnerships, and Marketing Science teams. About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join the GBS Human Resources team in São Paulo. This is a mid-level, individual contributor role designed for a collaborative, data-driven, and solutions-oriented HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You will partner closely with leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, support the full employee lifecycle, and contribute to TikTok's dynamic culture and growth.

To support cross-functional collaboration, this role follows a hybrid work model with a minimum of 4 days per week in-office or as directed by your team/manager.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR partner to leaders across the GBS organization, translating business objectives into actionable talent strategies.
- Coach managers on performance, development, and engagement topics; help build high-performing, inclusive teams.
- Drive and support key HR processes, including performance management, talent calibrations, and employee engagement planning.
- Partner with business leaders and CoEs on workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount modeling.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and partner with Legal and Employee Relations on investigations and resolution.
- Use data and insights to assess organizational health and inform proactive interventions.
- Collaborate with HR CoEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation, Learning & Development) to design and deliver people solutions that scale.
- Support change management initiatives with clear communication and team alignment.
- Lead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a corporate environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across regional and global teams.
- Strong foundation in employee relations, organizational design, coaching, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing both strategic and hands-on (tactical) HR work.
Preferred Requirements:
- 2+ years supporting Sales or Marketing organizations in a matrixed, global company.
- Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI; able to analyze and present talent metrics.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving initiatives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through change in a dynamic business context.
