Health and Beauty Account Project Intern (TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, Indonesia) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

The Beauty & Personal Care team leads one of the most dynamic and fast-growing categories on TikTok Shop. We partner with global brands, local players, and emerging creators to build a vibrant ecosystem that connects beauty enthusiasts with the latest products and trends.

Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot seller issues, including order management, account setup, inventory uploads, and resolving policy violations.
- Policy Awareness: Stay updated on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia regulations and ensure sellers and creators comply with them.
- Coordination Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Actively enrolled university student
- Detail oriented, highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
- Can support 4-5 days/week
