Responsibilities
The EUI Trading team are experts in commercial Trading across both agencies and direct clients and sit within the heart of GBS. We collaborate with all areas of the TikTok business enabling our expertise in driving priorities for TikTok through optimal Trading agreements with our key partners; driving mutual growth and outcomes. Local market Trading Leads sit in local markets and report to the Head of Trading based in London. As a market Head of Trading you will represent TikTok and work closely with Agency and Client commercial teams in addition to partnering closely with sales teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive market commercial delivery, analysing and evolving trading relationships in line with managing key client relationships.

- Drive and negotiate media agency and client direct agreements.
- Maximise optimal outcomes and growth for both the clients and TikTok.
- Work closely with Head of Trading and alignment of Trading Strategy in region and that of global directives.
- Drive collaboration across all business divisions internally at all times.
- Manage revenue tracking of agreements and creation of client reports and presentations.
- Lead quality control of work and documents, ensure strict business rules and compliance inline with the business and industry.
- Work closely with the MSO team to ensure operational excellence in Trading .
- Keeps up with media trends most relevant for their customer portfolios.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A good problem solver, creative thinker and strong negotiator.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail with an emphasis on financial acumen.
- Exceptional analytical skills and driving data with decision making.
- Strong European agency and client relationship network.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and management of high level of stakeholders.
- Excellent English and local language speaking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in trading TV is desirable.
- Stable career path with in-depth knowledge of media channels and industry systems and
tools.
- Highly level of energy that helps cultivate a positive social and high performing culture.
- A strong, proactive and energetic mindset that is adaptive to internal teams and client interactions.
