The Regulatory, Risk and Program Management team sits at the heart of T&S, ensuring we navigate complex global regulations, manage critical risks, and execute strategic initiatives with precision and efficiency. The Group Program Management Office (PMO) is the engine driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and the successful delivery of high-impact programs across the T&S landscape.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to establish, scale, and lead the Group Program Management Office (PMO) within our Trust and Safety organization. As the Head of Group PMO, you will be instrumental in defining our program management strategy, standardizing processes, and ensuring the flawless execution of critical T&S initiatives, particularly those related to scalability, efficiency, and innovation. You will manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, provide insightful oversight, lead a team of program and project managers, and serve as a key strategic partner to the T&S leadership team. This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional leadership, organisational prowess, and a deep understanding of project management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- PMO Strategy: Develop and implement the Program Management Office (PMO) strategy, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals, budget, and project management best practices.
- Execution: Oversee resource management by allocating resources across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and capacity planning. Ensure consistent process adoption by developing and implementing standardized project management processes and methodologies. Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and continuously evaluate and improve project management practices and tools.
- Oversight and Communication: Monitor and report on the progress of projects, identify risks and dependencies, and align cross-functional teams to implement swift, corrective actions. Oversee large-scale project teams that support business priorities, breakthrough innovations, organizational planning, process improvement, and other cross-department priorities.
- Team Leadership: Empower the PMO team to facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions, drive roadmap deadlines, and foster a culture of accountability by distributing and tracking deliverables across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project managers and team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Trust and Safety leadership team as a thought leader to proactively identify strategic opportunities for the department, align projects with organizational goals, and provide wide-ranging support and assistance. Serve as liaison between staff and senior leaders to achieve consensus regarding company culture, employee wellbeing, and business planning.
- PMO Strategy & Governance: Define, implement, and continuously optimize the T&S Group PMO strategy, encompassing governance frameworks, best-practice methodologies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring tight alignment with Trust & Safety objectives and the evolving regulatory landscape.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, including proven experience establishing, scaling, and managing the operations of a Program Management Office (PMO) in addition to resource and budget planning.
- Demonstrated success managing portfolios of large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, utilizing various project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse teams with potentially conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience managing programs specifically related to content policy enforcement, anti-abuse systems, or platform safety initiatives.
- Experience working directly within or providing significant support to Trust and Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, or related functions, coupled with excellent communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment; comfortable navigating large and complex global organizations.
