Team Introduction
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
1. Country Revenue Growth
- Own and lead TikTok LIVE revenue growth in Brazil.
- Identify key challenges and opportunities across creator operations and agency partnerships.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth.
2. Agency Business Development & Onboarding
- Build broad awareness of TikTok LIVE's potential within the content and talent ecosystem.
- Proactively promote LIVE across industries, develop strategic partnerships, and onboard key players as LIVE agencies.

- Design and deliver a high-impact onboarding program and training curriculum, enabling new agencies to operationalize quickly and monetize effectively.
- Own business development KPIs including volume, quality, and early success metrics of onboarded agencies.
3. Agency Growth & Operations
- Develop a structured agency growth path and professionalization journey.
- Design scalable training programs and operational playbooks to help agencies increase revenue and profitability.
- Define content and monetization strategies, and drive adoption across partner agencies.
- Diagnose operational inefficiencies and provide hands-on coaching, resources, and tools to improve performance.
- Continuously iterate on agency incentive structures, aligning them with platform priorities and agency goals.
- Drive adoption of global and regional best practices through workshops, competitions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Own agency-level revenue KPIs and qualitative metrics around content innovation and creator progress.
4. Team Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Set clear quarterly and monthly OKRs at both the team and individual levels.
- Establish strong progress tracking mechanisms including daily standups, bi-weekly reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Develop each team member through personalized growth plans, building strengths in creative problem-solving, communication, and accountability.
- Act as a key liaison between regional and central teams on policies, governance, and product development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other TikTok teams to align on strategy, unlock shared resources, and advocate for the LIVE business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the tech industry (e.g., LIVE streaming, agency management, content platforms, e-commerce, financial services, or O2O).
- 2+ years of direct people management experience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business results.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in LIVE streaming or managing LIVE agencies.
- Demonstrated success leading growth turnarounds or overcoming scaling plateaus.
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Mandarin is a strong plus, to support communication with local partners and stakeholders.
