Responsibilities
TikTok's Agency Partnership Team are responsible for building long term partnerships with the top agencies and brands across DACH, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our shared brands. This role can be based in one of our three offices: Berlin, Munich & Hamburg
The Head of Agency Partnerships will lead our Agencies team, which is responsible for leading and building long term partnerships with media agencies and ecosystem players in the DACH region. The goal of the partnerships is to ensure sustained revenue and share-of-wallet growth for the platform, in close collaboration with the dedicated advertiser sales teams and other internal cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management
- Develop strategic, sustainable Partnerships across key agency partners in DACH
- Identify areas of incremental spend and blockers across the entire agency book of business
- Partner closely with Head of Trading to negotiate and execute Agency trading agreements
- Hold agencies accountable on revenue attainment in line with agreements
- Support resolution of blockers faced by advertiser sales teams with agencies
Agency Enablement
- Develop and launch enablement programs including, but not limited to marketing, measurement, insights, upskilling, and intelligence sharing across all agency stakeholders
- Establish media and beyond-media strategic partnerships
- Support agencies in developing new revenue streams through TikTok services
Ecosystem Partnership
- Identify potential market partners that can enable TikTok's exponential growth
- Establish and oversee strategic partnerships including coordination with internal company stakeholders
- Create partnership best practices that can be shared across other geographies
Leadership
- Lead on people management including recruitment, talent development, organisational change and performance management
- Represent company in key industry events relevant for the Agency / Media landscape
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong connections and familiarity with DACH agency ecosystem and advertising market
- Demonstrated track record of leading Sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills; ability to build, lead and develop a high calibre sales team
- 10+ Years of experience in Media, Advertising, ideally with a focus on digital and programmatic sales.
- Business level Fluency in German and English is a must in order to communicate with clients

- Existing network across Big 6 and major indie agencies in DACH
- Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit
- Ability to work in and navigate a global matrix organization
