Growth Strategy Project Intern (SMB Product) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses, agencies and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered! From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Support data analysis and BAU data monitoring
- Involved in global end-to-end email campaign creation (including strategy formulation, email build, reporting, and optimization) for advertisers, agencies, and leads that are interested in advertising on TikTok
- Setup multi-channel email templates for growth campaigns, coupon campaigns, newsletters, webinars, product announcements and more.
- Conduct industry research, customer interviews & surveys
- Run A/B tests on various campaign components (email subject, email drip sequence, timing, frequency, etc.)
- Measure performance for various campaigns, discover learnings and insights, optimize performance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree.
- Able to commit to working 12 weeks
- Data analytics experience is highly preferred
- Digital marketing and content writing experience is preferred
- Strong problem solver with an interest in learning new skills
