Global Transaction Product Marketing Manager, Client Incentive

The System Strategy & Operations team under Global Monetization Strategy & Operations is responsible for standardizing processes, driving product adoption, user satisfaction and loyalty of our transaction platform, building relationships with regional cross-functional teams, managing market voice, and influencing the Product team with market feedback & insights.
The System Strategy & Operations team is seeking a Global Product Marketing Manager to join us. The role will focus on client incentive systems and processes. You will work with the product team, sales and clients, finance team and other cross-functional teams to develop and activate the client incentive system. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong global business acumen, a passion & vision for transaction systems, strong digital advertising and product positioning skillsets, exhibit excellent problem solving & analytical mindset and communication skills, be able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and have strong leadership to drive impact across cross functional teams for the business.

Responsibilities
- Product operations owner of client incentive system; settlement/payout process owner;
- Incentive calculation: ensure the accuracy of incentive calculation results;
- Policy translation: work with regional policy makers to translate client incentive policies or business needs into system requirements; identify system incentive auto-calculation gaps and create product requirements for system improvements;
- Unify calculation methods: drive system calculation library adoption within policy makers, sales and clients
- Process: standardize client incentive settlement/payout process and execute the process to ensure timely and accurate incentive settlement
- System adoption: be the power users of client incentive systems and drive system adoption among key users, including sales, clients and finance via sales enablement, marketing content production, training development etc.
- Oncall: Address both internal and external escalated system queries and explain calculation details to both internal sales and external clients
- Dashboard: build client incentive dashboard to meet regional needs and promote the dashboard to target users
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of working experience in the digital marketing, transaction, or internet industries with Product Operations responsibilities; or data analytics & strategy role or management consulting
- Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather, clean, and structure data for analysis and modeling using SQL and/or programming languages (e.g. Python, R), and BI visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in business process design, optimization and execution
- Experience in translating business needs to product requirements and driving system adoption
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple global teams and stakeholders; excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Ability to build strong compelling narratives and ability to simplify messaging to resonate with different audiences
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgement and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
- Have the overall planning and coordination ability, work proactively, and are willing to accept challenges
- Knowledge and working experience in client incentives is preferred
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $244889 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
