The Pangle Product Strategy & Operations (PSO) team is part of the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) organization and has a strong advertiser focus and a dedication to technical excellence. We work with advertisers from all verticals, regional business teams, ByteDance product pillar counterparts, and Pangle headquarters product and tech teams, aiming to deliver highly efficient advertising solutions to drive TikTok for Business performance ads revenue growth.

Responsibilities
1. Strategize Pangle Global Go-to-Market (GTM) efforts regarding over-arching positioning, unique selling points, market competitiveness and differentiators, customer benefits, etc., Establish and evolve Pangle over-arching marketing toolkit by cooperating with XFN business, product, and traffic teams.
2. Design, manage, and execute Pangle Global GTM programs in collaboration with HQ vertical solutions and regional teams, ensuring successful product and solution rollouts across key markets
3. Develop compelling, audience-centric product marketing content to increase awareness and understanding of Pangle's solutions
4. Define and implement Pangle Sales Enablements strategy. Collaborate with cross-function partners and regional teams to scale and continuously refine enablement programs that empower sales teams globally.
5. Identify and streamline GTM workflows where applicable to improve operational efficiency and reduce the learning curve of sales teams and clients
6. Support regional business-operation teams in realizing business opportunities through scalable internal and external activities, e.g., client meetings, seminars, training sessions, etc.,.
7. Conduct regular research to gauge Pangle global awareness, brand health, and conceptual blockers for fine-tuning global GTM strategies.
8. Closely monitor global business performance, drive internal discussions, and diagnose business challenges and growth roadblocks.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in the internet industry, preferably with experience in mobile digital advertising, e-commerce, and marketing;
2. Excel in English and Mandarin at both oral and written capabilities, able to communicate fluently and professionally to smoothly work with China's product team.
3. Solid project management skills with proven success driving complex and multi-stakeholders programs independently or with limited guidance.
4. Proven experience in developing and managing end-to-end GTM programs on a global scale. Skilled at summarizing key selling points, crafting compelling narratives, and delivering impactful presentations.
5. Strong sense of ownership in identifying business opportunities and drive realization.
6. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
7. Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across timezones. A team player, think strategically and act tactically.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Highly data-sensitive with strong logical reasoning and the ability to learn quickly and perform under pressure.
2. Experience in product marketing or strategy operations within global internet companies is highly preferred.
