Global Senior Partnerships Counsel

- Provide clear, pragmatic legal counsel to business and product teams on novel issues, enabling them to make informed, strategic decisions.
- Analyze and advise on complex legal risks related to ad tech, data privacy, and regulatory compliance within high-stakes negotiations.
- Collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional partners, including product, engineering, and business development, to drive deals to a successful close.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school with membership in good standing in a US State Bar.
- Demonstrated expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex technology transactions, ideally with a focus on ad tech.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Substantive experience at a top-tier law firm focusing on technology transactions.
- In-house experience managing the types of complex ad tech and data-centric partnerships described above.
- Direct legal expertise in digital advertising, data privacy laws, and emerging technologies.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $213000 - $376200 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
