About The team:
TikTok is a platform rooted in creativity and has played a critical role in enabling positive creative expression with our global community of users & creators. We are looking for a Global Product Marketing Manager with a track record of bringing campaigns and products to market. This is a critical role that will focus on setting our global marketing strategies and execution plans to bring our livestreaming product to billions of users and creators around the world. At TikTok, we believe that live content creates new ways for viewers and creators to showcase their creativity, connect with each other and further strengthen the diverse TikTok community.
This requires strong partnerships with global product teams, regional marketing teams and cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and increase understanding and comprehension of the livestream product vertical across audiences and countries around the world. Based out of California, the product marketing manager will be able to spearhead global product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and creatives, while enabling aligned local campaigns that also reflect local nuances.

What You'll Do
- Develop our global product marketing strategies, narratives and campaigns, as well as build go-to-market strategies & measurement plans that support key adoption & awareness goals of TikTok's livestreaming product strategy
- Partner with regional marketing teams to enable localized creative development, user targeting and channel strategies
- Collaborate with global product teams to align on key product priorities and milestones, that are delivered through globally consistent execution plans
- Partner closely with product, marketing, PR, operations, strategy and finance to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination. Be the glue between teams and our users.
- Understand and evangelize for the needs of users on TikTok, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve our audiences around the world.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience within product marketing experience in mobile/tech/consumer products; experience in the livestreaming industry is a plus
- Experience conceptualizing, planning and launching marketing campaigns, and driving awareness & adoption of new products and services; owning and achieving key performance indicators
- A creative approach and fresh ideas to build marketing campaigns around product
- Strong project management skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in an experimental and extremely fast-paced environment within a complex, matrixed organization
- Creating and executing global marketing campaigns is a plus
- Charismatic, compelling speaker and strong oral & written communication skills for internal and external forums
- Excellent cross-group collaboration skills

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106000 - $150000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
