TikTok's Global Monetization Strategy and Analytics team empowers scalable and predictable revenue growth through advanced data and analytics. You are joining a team that builds global data foundations, drives monetization strategy with actionable insights, and enhances operational efficiency through process automation and tooling solutions.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.
Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Responsibilities:
- Build the data and tooling foundation for both the Regional and Global MSO team to deliver the standardized and repeatable process, including unlock the data challenge and institutionalize the analytics framework
- Program managing insight generation through implementation to drive better monetization strategy and operation efficiency by partnering with the Data Science, Operations and Product teams
- Supply the global programs and planning initiatives with advanced data and analytics to achieve revenue enablement, including developing measurement and dashboard to track key business staples and global performance

- Generate automation solutions to the current manual process within the Sales and Operation teams to streamline the operations and enhance the overall efficiency for the business
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Masters degree.
- Able to commit to working 12 weeks during summer 2026.
- Strong data and analytics capabilities, comfortable with writing complex SQL queries, and proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python or R is highly preferred
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Self-starter attitude: You're someone who can initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance and then synthesize and communicate insights with the senior stakeholders
- Get-it-done mindset: You're motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
