About the Team
As the Monetization Strategy & Operations team, our goal is to act as business thought partners and drive business growth through internal & external analysis, resource allocation & cross-functional/regional alignment. We're a global function with regional hubs, and are expanding our team.
As part of this role, you will:
- Participate in supporting and implementation of regional operational projects. Work as a coordinator to assist cross-functional projects, and cross-culture communications.
- Be responsible for the management, coordination, organization and tracking of related projects to ensure that all stakeholders of the project team work together and the project is completed as scheduled
- Provide data analysis to support global & regional projects
- Support daily operations including CRM hygiene, account management, revenue operations etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Min 1-2 years relevant work experience, ideally in management consulting, sales operations or technology companies. Knowledge of digital advertising/Gaming industry is preferred.
- Exhibits good business acumen, international mindset, strong analytical skills, ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Having good communication skills, team spirit and strong execution ability can push the team forward to the goal, good at summarizing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.), and BI Tools
