We collaborate with local teams to activate strategic education programs that align with go-to-market priorities, drive platform adoption, and strengthen client outcomes. Whether through customised onboarding, sales mastery, or product enablement, we bring education closer to business performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead Global Education for Select SEA Markets: Own training and development initiatives across assigned SEA markets, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and business priorities.
- Design and Deliver End-to-End Educational Experiences: Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs, including needs assessment, curriculum design, implementation, facilitation, and impact measurement, with a strong focus on project management and operational excellence.
- Accelerate Onboarding: Deliver programs that reduce time-to-productivity and enable new GBS hires to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- Ensure Global and Local Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to embed global programs into local contexts, ensuring relevance while maintaining global standards.

What You'll Bring
- Education Leadership: Extensive experience managing business training programs in fast-paced environments, particularly within digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on SEA markets.
- Curriculum Design and Facilitation: Strong capability in creating and delivering innovative, multi-modal learning experiences using emerging technologies and collaborative methods.
- Regional Program Management: Skilled in overseeing training initiatives across multiple regions, with a talent for balancing global frameworks with local market needs.
- Operational and Project Management Strength: Effective at managing complex programs from end to end, with a sharp focus on prioritization, scalability, and delivery excellence.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experienced in using analytics to assess program effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and align learning strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years in Global Education with deep expertise in onboarding, sales enablement, and leadership development across APAC.
- Designed and delivered scalable programs that accelerate onboarding, build leadership capability, and directly support revenue growth.
- Skilled in multi-modal learning design, using innovative, data-driven approaches to create measurable business and behavioral impact.
- Strong facilitation experience, creating engaging, outcome-focused sessions across diverse learner groups.
- Led end-to-end program development, from needs analysis through delivery and evaluation, ensuring seamless learner experiences.
- Proven ability to adapt global strategies for local market needs, ensuring relevance and impact across SEA.
- Trusted partner to cross-functional teams, aligning education initiatives with business priorities and market opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in using analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and demonstrate ROI.
- Operational Excellence: Strong project management skills to oversee end-to-end program delivery.
- Familiarity with the digital marketing and advertising landscape, with insights into the drivers of success for sales teams in this industry.
- Tertiary qualifications in learning and development/education, management, organizational psychology, learning and development, adult education, or equivalent professional experience. Coaching certification is a bonus.
- A drive to create impactful learning experiences that enable team success and accelerate readiness across multiple markets at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- A willingness to travel as required to connect with teams across APAC and deliver programs in person.
