In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. About the Team
As the threat intelligence program lead, you will be at the forefront of bridging our intelligence teams into a unified approach for analysis and operations. You will set the strategy, and oversee operations, across various intelligence functions and capabilities. This is a multi-discipline converged threat intelligence role that spans, Protective Intelligence and Threat Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Risk Intelligence. This role will report directly to The Threat Detection and Response Lead and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive a critical group in advancing our diverse intelligence capabilities to face the next generation of cross-medium, sophisticated threats.
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct strategic development and operations of the company's intelligence and threat research program and ensure its alignment with business objectives and industry-leading practice. This includes the integration and coordination of multiple purpose-driven intelligence functions and capabilities under the program.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of a Common Operating Picture (COP) describing the company's risk landscape and define holistic intelligence requirements
- Lead efforts and initiatives to establish and maintain tools, sources, feeds, and controls environment that are essential to the program. This includes the collection, monitoring, and analysis of intelligence feeds from various sources to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities and support adjacent threat management activities.
- Formalize, track, and manage recurring and ad-hoc intelligence workflows, including the creation of ad-hoc fusion cells to address short- and medium-term intelligence requirements.
- Drive and direct periodic and ad-hoc production of senior management intelligence products and updates
- Drive the development of metrics and mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the intelligence program solutions
- Stay informed about emerging intelligence-related trends, and technologies and perform regular capability, technological, and skills reviews to drive continuous program improvement and enhancement
- Represent the program to both internal and external stakeholders, such as other security functional leads, senior leaders, regulators, and/or government agencies

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or industry-equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Security, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven professional experience working in intelligence and cyber threats management
- Experience with at least one of the following: NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Cyber Kill Chain, MITRE ATT&CK Frameworks
- Deep familiarity with the following:
- General intelligence analysis, intelligence lifecycle and related methodologies (e.g., OODA, F3EAD).
- Fundamental principles of sound intelligence production, such as BLUF and TARA.
- Application of structured analytic techniques, such as ACH and Diamond Model.
- Other multiple intelligence disciplines (e.g., HUMINT, SIGINT, ASINT, ELINT, GEOINT).
- Experience establishing a fusion center or intelligence sharing center a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with strong ability to assess risks and prioritize tasks effectively and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively mentor a team and collaborate with diverse groups of internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
-Relevant certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or other relevant certifications.
- 5+ years of experience leading Intelligence Teams

This role requires the ability to work with and support systems designed to protect sensitive data and information. As such, this role will be subject to strict national security-related screening.
