Team Introduction
Finance BP is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial exposure, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. The team aims to provide timely, accurate and easy-to-use financial information, provide valuable financial perspective observation and opinions.
Responsibilities
- Budget and Forecast: Develop financial rolling forecasts and budgets, analyze budget vs. actual variance and identify the reasons through detecting relevant indicators.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare monthly financial analysis reports; Deep dive into business and produce insightful analyses based on financial and business data.
- Business Support: Work closely with the business team, provide assessments and opinions for management decisions in financial aspect.
- Industry Observation: Continuously observe industry changes, competitor trends, and market environments, and formulate financial suggestions and solutions.
- Approval and Review: Participate deeply in the approval, review, and iterative discussions of campaign initiation/contracts updates/policies changes, etc.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience of finance BP or equivalent roles is essential.
- Self-learning: Strong learning ability, being able to adapt to rapidly changing businesses, highly self-motivated.
- Collaboration: Good communication skills, stress resistance, and teamwork spirit.
- Analysis and Modeling: Expertise in financial modeling and financial analysis, being able to identify problems and solutions from data.
- Skills: Proficient in using office software such as Excel/PPT/Word
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills:Proficiency in SQL is preferred.
- Language: Proficient in English(or Mandarin) is preferred.
