About the team
TikTok is seeking a finance business partner that will support our global monetization business. The new hire will be in charge of performing management reporting and rolling forecast, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This will be a high visibility role as you will supporting multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business team and strategy teams, provide insightful and quality financial advice to supporting businesses.
- Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis
- Conduct budget control, involve in business operations and review project/contract applications
- Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- FP&A, sales finance or related analytical experience.
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional data analytic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
Preferred Qualifications
- High growth tech start-up experience, FMCG, or advertising experience preferred
- Familiarity with SQL preferred
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications is a plus
