About the Role
TikTok is seeking a stellar Finance manager for the LATAM MKT/OPS, who will be one of the critical finance leaders to drive the success of TikTok in the LATAM region. This role is based in our Mexico City office. This will be a high-visibility role as you will be supporting multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.
This role actively supports the team's comprehensive Budget Management process, encompassing forecasting, review and approval, efficiency analysis, performance recap, risk control, and other finance-related matters. By providing crucial support in both strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations, this position ensures effective financial management across all facets of the team's activities.

Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Collaborate closely with the business and strategy teams. Provide insightful and high-quality financial modeling, forecasting, research, and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Partner with other business units and provide insightful and quality financial advice to support the company's business decision-making.
- Conduct regular industry analysis and Business Intelligence research.
- Budget Management and Metrics Optimization: Continuously optimize budget management processes. Measure key metrics/targets to support the team in achieving objectives effectively.
- Financial Performance Tracking and Analysis: Deliver accurate and timely tracking of business financial performance. Conduct in-depth analysis to derive actionable insights.
- Process Optimization and System Management: Build and optimize financial processes for improved efficiency. Proficiently optimize related systems to enhance efficiency and mitigate business risks. Assist the Marketing and Content business teams to build impactful Projects for the Company and help them achieve their KPIs goals.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Execute special ad hoc projects and analyses. Collaborate with the business development team on various initiatives.
- Prepare and present financial reports and preparations to key stakeholders and senior management in the region.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong experience in FP&A or related analytical experience, preferably in content, media, or a high-growth tech company
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional analysis, modeling, and research skills
- Strong data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis experience
- Great communication skills, strong logical reasoning, and critical thinking. Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions

- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis, full view of Financial processes, and full PnL management experience preferred
- CPA, CFA, and CMA qualifications preferred
- Experience with Power-BI/Tableau or other BI tool
